Talking about our child's personality and struggles, as well as our own difficulties as parents is not the easiest thing to do, but both Jennifer and Presh made us feel welcomed and heard.  We really appreciate them listening, their insightful communication and suggestions as well as the workplan that was laid out to get us all started.
