Sound Familiar?

August Feels Like a Clean Slate.
By September, It’s Déjà Vu.

It isn’t a motivation problem. It’s an executive function problem.

The fix isn’t another tutor or another planner app. It’s a gameplan built around your student’s brain, real accountability between sessions, and a coach in your family’s corner all year.

What Your Family Gets From the Reset

Real structure, built before the school year gets hard.

A Gameplan Built for Their Brain

Before the first session, we build a personalized Back to School Gameplan with three learning goals tailored to your student’s needs, strengths, and your family’s goals this year.

A Student Who Stops Needing YOU to Manage Everything

Weekly 1:1 sessions with in-between accountability mean the structure lives with us, not on your shoulders.

A Full School Year of Support

This is not a one time reset. It's a partnership through challenging homework, tests, finals, second semester, and into summer, with June and July included.

Real Families. Real Results.

From scattered notes everywhere…
to knowing exactly where everything is

Finally found the motivation
to keep going

Your level of care is exactly what he needs

She called her tutor her ‘soul sister’

All that hard work is finally becoming autopilot

Work coming home better than ever… and she did it herself

So much improvement since day one

Finally getting organized, and we’ve seen the difference

Is This for Your Family?

The Back to School Reset Isn’t for Every Family. Here’s the Filter.

This Is a Fit If…

If that sounds like your family, this Program was built for you.

This Is NOT a Fit If…

This program is built for families ready to invest in real change, not a quick fix.

Family Reviews

A 100% Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident this Program will give your family clarity, independence and partnership. So, we are making this a risk-free investment for you.

Here’s how we back that up.

Tutor-Match Guarantee

If your student doesn’t click with their Executive Function Tutor, we’ll rematch them at no extra cost, as many times as it takes to find the right fit.

Full Money-Back Guarantee

If after 2-3 sessions it’s clear your child has absolutely no buy-in with the program (and we see it too), we’ll refund your full investment.

Questions Parents Ask

My child says they don’t need help. Will this even work?

Yes. Many of the students we support come in resistant or convinced nothing will help. That’s exactly where we begin, without judgment, and rapport comes first.

Some families can. But a planner doesn’t ask what’s actually getting in the way, and it doesn’t follow up when your student stops using it. Our coaches build the system with your student, then check in between sessions so it actually sticks.

It’s actually the best time. Most families come to us in September or October, already behind on missing assignments and feeling defeated with the semester. Starting the Gameplan now means it’s in place before the workload ramps up, not after.

Tutoring alone teaches content. We pair academic tutoring with executive function coaching, plus real accountability between sessions, so the structure holds even when we’re not on a session.

We’ve supported 500+ families, and we start every partnership with a Gameplan built around your student, not a generic curriculum. We also check in to re-align at the one month mark through a Family Team Meeting to ensure our support is actually working and adjust if it isn’t.

It happens, and it’s not a sign to quit. Your coach will name what’s going on, adjust the approach, and loop you in. The Family Team Meeting exists specifically to catch this early and course correct together.

Yes, and for many students it’s better. There are fewer distractions, and our coaches are trained to read tone and engagement through a screen.

Less than you’re probably doing right now. Most of the work happens between your student and their coach. You’ll get session notes within 24 hours and a Family Team Meeting after the first month, and we’ll loop you in directly if we ever need your input on something specific.

That’s expected over a full school year. We build your family’s schedule into the Gameplan from the start, and if you need to pause a week, we pick up right where we left off.

By that time, we will have no capacity to meet with new families. So, we will need to re-hire and train our new EF Tutors (we’ll realistically have openings again in January 2027).
