We had a wonderful experience with EF Coach & Tutors. Jennifer was dedicated, organized and super effective. My daughter gained confidence and learned to organize better, be more productive and enjoy her time at school. I can’t recommend them enough!

We’ve been working with Precious for the last two months and she has been a God sent for our son. Our son has ADHD and Presh has been instrumental in helping him get motivated, organized and back on track with his school work. She is incredibly communicative and genuinely cares about our son’s success. We really appreciate her and everything she does!

Our Executive Function (EF) Tutoring services are designed for diverse learning needs. We tailor our sessions to build real-world skills that stick: organization, follow-through, and self-confidence.
Learning doesn’t stop when the session ends. Your child can text their tutor for homework help, accountability check-ins, and getting “unstuck” on challenging tasks (all while being in the loop with detailed progress notes from us).
Family Team Meetings bring everyone together to celebrate wins, identify roadblocks, and align on next steps. This ensures your child’s support system is coordinated and effective, while teaching them to advocate for their own needs and participate in planning their success.
Learning packages designed to support your child’s unique strengths and growth opportunities
We combine academic tutoring with executive function coaching to help your child thrive not just in school but also to become an independent, motivated learner.
Before we start our sessions, we have a discovery call to learn more about your child’s unique needs, challenges, and goals. Then, we thoughtfully match your child with the right EF tutor.
Within 24 hours of the first session, your child’s EF Tutor will design a customized learning plan. This plan bridges academic gaps and outlines clear goals alongside executive function strategies to support your child’s learning.
Your child gets academic tutoring and executive function coaching that strengthen skills like organization, focus, and time management on a weekly basis. This well-rounded approach builds confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
We believe your child’s success is a team effort! In the first month, we host a Family Team Meeting to review progress, celebrate wins, and refine strategies. These regular check-ins give you peace of mind, keep everyone aligned, and ensure your child is continuously supported both at home and at school.
"With the systems in place, it helped my brain become more relaxed by knowing where everything's at."

Our expert Executive Function (EF) Tutors bring years of experience supporting students who face executive functioning and academic challenges
We use a strengths-based, relationship-first approach that blends executive function coaching with academic tutoring. Every session focuses on helping your child build lifelong skills: organization, planning, task initiation, time-management, and self-advocacy through real assignments and real systems they can actually use.
Our tutors are experienced educators who specialize in supporting neurodivergent learners. We meet students where they are, help them break down overwhelm, and guide them toward independence one step at a time.
Most importantly, we work in partnership with you and your child’s school so progress feels shared, supported, and sustainable.
It’s simple. After your complimentary 60-minute trial, we pair your child with a tutor who’s the best fit for their needs, personality, and learning style.
From there, your child will receive a recurring weekly session time and a direct Google Calendar invite with the tutor’s link.
If you ever need help, our Family Success Manager is just an email or text away (no complicated portals or multi-step systems).
We offer convenient monthly billing with the ability to pay via credit or debit card.
Families can also enroll in Auto Pay to simplify ongoing support and ensure consistent scheduling for their child.
We’re transparent about pricing, and you’ll always know exactly what you’re investing in: weekly live sessions plus and in-between session support (notes, check-ins, LMS reviews, and accountability).
Yes. We understand that families are juggling school, sports, and life. If you need to adjust your recurring time, just reach out! We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on tutor availability.
For single-session changes, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can honor our tutors’ time.
Yes, and often more effective than in-person!
Virtual EF coaching and academic tutoring removes the logistical stress of rushing between activities and lets students work from the environment where their tools, school platforms, and routines actually live. Our tutors can also look directly at your child’s LMS, calendars, assignments, and workflow in real time, which help them build systems they can use every day.
For neurodivergent students especially, the virtual setting often feels safer, calmer, and less “high-pressure,” which helps them open up, take ownership, and follow through.
