How soon can we start?
Most families can begin with our Momentum Session within 1 week (depending on tutor availability and your child's subject needs).
After you submit the contact form, our team will review your information, coordinate the Consultation Chat, and guide you through scheduling your child's 60-minute Momentum Session so you can get started as soon as possible.
Do you work with IEPs/504s?
Yes! We regularly support students with IEPs, 504 plans, learning plans, and diagnosed or undiagnosed learning differences.
Our tutors collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to understand accommodations, reinforce strategies, and help students build the executive function skills like: organization, planning, task initiation, and self-advocacy, that they need to thrive in and out of school.
What grades do you support?
We work with students from 4th grade through college, including neurodivergent learners who need help with organization, planning, homework completion, test prep, and/or managing the demands of more advanced coursework.
Our approach adjusts developmentally, from building foundational EF skills in upper elementary through supporting complex academic loads in high school and college.
Is the Momentum Session really free?
Yes! Our 60-minute Momentum Session with a Gameplan is completely free and comes with no commitment afterwards.
The purpose of the trial is to understand your child’s needs, show you how our EF coaching + academic tutoring approach works, and provide a customized Gameplan PDF outlining the support we recommend. You decide afterward if you’d like to continue.
Do you help with procrastination, missing assignments, and motivation issues?
Absolutely, these are some of the most common challenges we support. Our tutors help students build realistic planning systems, break tasks into manageable steps, create routines, and strengthen initiation skills so schoolwork feels less overwhelming.
We use a strengths-based and relationship-centered approach to improve confidence, reduce friction at home, and help students follow through more consistently.
